ESG principles are part of every stage of our framework, from supplier onboarding to awarding contracts.

Supplier Applications

Suppliers applying to join our framework must demonstrate strong ESG credentials, including:

Responsible environmental management (reducing resource use, managing waste, sourcing sustainably)
Fair labour practices, diversity, and robust health and safety standards
Ethical conduct, transparency, and effective risk management

Suppliers are often asked to provide supporting evidence — such as ISO 14001 certifications — to show their commitment. This ensures our customers can work confidently with organisations that share their values and sustainability goals.

Competitions & Supplier Selection

When running competitions or mini-tenders, ESG criteria are built in — covering supplier diversity, energy efficiency, and community engagement. We also champion SMEs and innovators in sustainable tech, helping schools access greener, smarter solutions.

A greener future

11,000+ trees and counting: Through our partnership with Ecologi, we’ve planted more than 11,000 trees — adding more every time a customer accepts a quote or leaves a review. It’s a small action that makes a big difference in offsetting emissions and supporting a greener planet.
Sustainable choices made easy: Our framework promotes energy-efficient products, refurbished and recycled tech, and suppliers with clear net zero goals — helping schools make sustainable decisions that work for their needs and budgets.

£42,000 donated: Every purchase through Everything ICT helps support good causes. Together with our customers and suppliers, we’ve donated over £42,000 to charities making a real impact in education and local communities.
