About E2BN

E2BN are the contracting authority responsible for awarding four iterations of the Everything ICT Framework between August 2014 and July 2026. Formed in 2003 by a consortium of local authorities across the East of England, E2BN provide a not-for-profit approach to procurement, giving schools and multi-academy trusts a straightforward, DfE-approved route to trusted technology suppliers, without the pressure of sales targets or shareholder interests.

Beyond procurement, E2BN channels its efforts into tackling digital exclusion, working alongside the Digital Poverty Alliance to close gaps in access to technology for disadvantaged communities. Its Tech4Young Carers initiative puts this mission into practice directly, providing devices and support to young carers who might otherwise be left behind.

The E2BN framework is now closed for new orders but all existing contracts (including any permitted extensions) remain valid until their natural expiry.
